Contact FocusStride
Questions, corrections and topic suggestions all reach the same inbox, and all of them get read. If a listing has changed or an ingredient note needs fixing, this is the fastest route.
We're an editorial team, not a shop. Content questions, yes — medical advice and orders, no.
What to write to us about
Corrections to product notes, out-of-date packaging or formulation details, ingredient explanations you'd like expanded, and comparisons you think are missing. Reader questions often point to a gap in our coverage, and those get added to the writing list. If a page confused you, that's useful information too — we'd rather rewrite a section than leave a reader stuck.

How we route it
Corrections to product notes
A listing changed, a dosage line came out wrong, a formula was reformulated. Say which page you mean — that saves a round of back-and-forth and moves the fix into the queue faster.
Include the page name · plain text is fine
Ingredient notes to expand
If a vitamin, mineral or herbal line reads too thin, point at it. We'd rather explain zinc, B6 or ginseng properly than leave a reader guessing what the label is actually promising.
Ingredient guide cross-checked before publishing
Comparisons you think are missing
Two formats you wish sat side by side, or a category we haven't covered. Reader suggestions shape what gets written next, so the odd request does land.

A page that confused you
Tell us which section lost you. Confusion is a legible signal that a paragraph needs rewriting, and those notes go straight into the edit queue.
Rewrites beat ignoring it
What we can't help with
Medical questions, individual dosing advice, and anything involving a diagnosed condition belong with a doctor or pharmacist.
We can't tell you whether a product suits you, and we won't guess. We also don't sell supplements, so we can't help with an order, a delivery or a refund. If you've bought a product and something's wrong with it, the retailer or the brand is the right contact — they hold the order record, we don't.
That boundary isn't a rejection. It's what keeps the guide careful: anything that comes down to your body and your history is a conversation for someone who can see it in person.
Where to route it instead
- Dosing questions, interactions between what you already take, or a diagnosed condition — a doctor or pharmacist.
- Orders, shipping, refunds and returns — the retailer or the brand you bought from.
- Regulatory status of a product — check the packaging's registered details or the manufacturer directly.
Still not sure it's a fit?
Write anyway and say so. Worst case, we point you to the right place — which is faster than you guessing.

Email, office and phone
Email is the reliable route for anything to do with the site content, because it leaves a record we can check against the listing. Phone works well for a quick question about the site itself. Both run on Indonesian time.

- Include the page name if your message is about something specific on the site.
- Office
- FocusStride Editorial Office
Jl. Sultan Agung No. 22, Citarum, Bandung Wetan, Bandung, 40115 - This is an editorial office, not a retail counter — there's nothing to buy here, and visits aren't necessary for content questions.

- Best for straightforward questions about the site. No support line outside office hours.

Find the office
Jl. Sultan Agung No. 22 sits in Citarum, Bandung Wetan. If you're crossing the city to ask a content question, email first — that's usually faster than the trip.
How quickly we reply
We aim to respond within a few working days, and corrections usually move faster than general questions because they're easy to verify. If you don't hear back promptly, it isn't a statement about your message — it's a small team working through a queue. A follow-up after a week is reasonable. We read everything, even when a reply takes a while.
Before you write
Two pages already answer most of what arrives in the inbox. A minute spent there usually saves you the message, and us the round trip.
And if your question is medical, skip the message and call a professional. That's the one category we'll always redirect — every time, without exception.
Good messages we get
- A comparison card quoted an old capsule count and the brand changed its panel this spring.
- Two prostate formulas we hadn't put side by side, with the reader's own reading of the ingredient lists.
- A note that a paragraph was doing three things at once, with the sentence that lost them.
If a photo of an ingredient panel comes with your message because a listing changed, even better — that's the fastest fix we can make.
Questions we get before people write
Can you tell me which product is right for me?
No, and we won't guess. Choosing a product comes down to your history, other things you take and what your doctor says. What we can do is explain the ingredients on a panel and how the formats differ, so a conversation with a professional goes faster.
Do you sell supplements or process orders?
No. FocusStride is an editorial resource. There's no cart, no stock and no delivery on this site, so order questions go to the retailer or the brand you bought from — they're the ones holding your record.
How do you decide which products appear in the guide?
We look at the ingredient panel, the format and the registered details a listing carries, then write what the panel supports and note what it leaves out. If a product isn't included, the review method page explains the usual reasons.
Can I visit the Bandung office to ask in person?
You can find us at Jl. Sultan Agung No. 22 in Citarum, but it's an editorial office rather than a counter — nothing is sold there, and a visit isn't necessary for questions about content. Email is faster and it leaves a record we can check against the listing.
Is my message private?
What you send us is handled under our privacy policy, and we don't publish reader messages without asking first. If a correction comes from your note, we fix the listing — we don't credit or quote you unless you say it's fine.
FocusStride publishes general information about natural supplements and daily vitamins for men — ingredients, formats and registered-status notes. Nothing here is medical advice, and none of it replaces a conversation with a qualified professional.
